I have over 20 years of organizational leadership experience and am the founder and president of The Pace Institute and creator of Surface Your Greatness™. I am a compassionate and provoking thought-partner, who supports and challenges individuals and organizations in strengthening their relationships and setting the course in times of conflict, change and opportunity. Working with me, my clients become more self-aware, are able to fully explore their interests and needs, and are able to create both the vision and action plan to leverage their strengths to clear a path for their future.

I partner with individuals and organizations from diverse industries and geographical locations as an advisor, coach, group facilitator, trainer and organizational conflict management specialist. When working with organizations, I support them in cultivating cultures where their people are welcomed, cared for, and inspired; where they are motivated to grow; and where they are nurtured to thrive as a person and in support of the organization's mission and strategic objectives.

I believe that everyone is inherently great and should have the opportunity to discover and surface their greatness. Even when you don't initially see your greatness, I will. I also believe that everyone is capable of change. Because of that, I also dedicate my talents and services to the important cause of supporting court-connected juveniles and adults in changing their lives. I do this by supporting professionals who directly support those who have committed criminal offenses, in developing their skills as motivational interviewing practitioners and facilitators of the evidence-based Thinking for a Change cognitive behavior change program. No one should be without the resources and support to grow and develop.  Whether a C-suite leader or someone with a criminal history, we all have a story to honor, a vision to manifest, greatness to surface, strengths to leverage, and growth work to do!
